It hosts the matches of the Rapid Bucharest team. The arena cost 39 million euros and is located in the Giulești neighborhood, on the site of the old "Giulești-Valentin Stănescu" stadium. After reconstruction, the stadium has a capacity of 14,054 seats and meets the UEFA criteria for category IV in the classification of stadiums. The new arena also includes an athletics track, a fitness room, administrative spaces, shops, media and VIP spaces.
