• By completing the form on the ticketing website, where the data and supporting documents will be collected;
• The ticketing team will confirm receipt of the request and will try to ensure its resolution in the shortest possible time;
• Because there is a limited number of seats, tickets will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
